We work with our partners to understand programmatic technical support needs and co-design a package of technical support.
Our approach is based on long-term support, understanding the local context, and strengthening the capacity of technical counterparts to ensure continuity and the transfer of knowledge and skills.

Training and advice on supporting community led small-scale fisheries management, including governance and mobile-basad data systems. Advising on how to ingrate a human-rights based approach through the FAO voluntary guidelines for small-scale fisheries.

3. Consulting
We take on consulting assignments when it aligns with our mission and values.
We are particularly interested in opportunities with values-aligned clients where we can evaluate, inform and advise the practices and strategies of Philanthropic institutions and international NGOs.
Our consulting work also subsidizes our offering to local organizations for whom we cannot identify a funding partner or who lack the resources to pay.
